When Taste Vietnam set out to develop a pioneering platform celebrating Vietnamese cuisine, they created a multifaceted experience encompassing world-class restaurants and cooking classes, enriched by a curated selection of Vietnamese products. The goal was to establish a comprehensive framework that not only showcases regional specialties but also integrates “Book with Vivian”—a complex AI chatbot that features a booking system, real-time chat, and an administrative backend connected with Zalo and SMS notification integrations, as well as user login/signup and a robust voucher system. From the outset, Taste Vietnam curated an immersive journey, guiding visitors through a series of unique culinary experiences designed to deepen their appreciation of Vietnamese heritage. The “Book with Vivian” feature, already a favorite among patrons, empowers guests to reserve tables, inquire about menu offerings, and handle special requests seamlessly, creating a rewarding dining and discovery process. Additionally, a versatile voucher system was implemented to streamline the registration process for cooking class sign-ups and exclusive offerings. This approach makes it simple for food enthusiasts to access Taste Vietnam’s curated experiences.
